چکیده

A novel environmentally friendly rapid cloud point extraction at room temperature coupled to graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (RT-CPE-GFAAS) for Copper (II) traces quantification was developed. Were found the most optimal conditions instant surfactant rich phase of Triton X-100 formation and as a complex with 6,7-dihydroxy-2-phenyl-4-methylbenzopyrylium perchlorate (DHMPhB) immediately: addition 0.5 mol L−1 H2SO4 solution pH 4.5; 0.15 ammonium benzoate; 1.5 · 10–4 DHMPhB 1 v/v.% X-100. As diluent used 2-propanol. The calibration plot constructed under is linear in range concentrations 0.31–127 μg L−1, limit detection are 0.31 0.09 respectively. developed RT-CPE-GFAAS technique successfully determinate water samples affordable results.

Determination of lead and cadmium in water samples by cloud point extraction prior to flame atomic absorption spectrometry determination

Pb and Cd in water samples were determined by cloud point extraction (CPE) with sodiumdiethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) as the chelating agent and octylphenoxypolyethanl (Triton X-114) asthe surfactant prior to flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) determination. The main factorsof affecting the extraction and detection processes were optimized. The preconcentration of 10 mL ofstandard soluti...

DEVELOPMENT OF A METHOD FOR ALUMINIUM DETERMINATION IN SERUM AND DIALYSIS FLUID BY FLAMELESS ATOMIC ABSORPTION WITH GRAPHITE FURNACE

Aluminium determination was carried out in serum and dialysis fluid by a simple and reliable method of nameless atomic absorption with graphite furnace . . No preparatory procedures are required for water and dialysis fluid. In this method serum was mixed with 0.2% HNO, to allow complete combustion of the samples in order to improve analytical precision. The method has a sensitivity of 15 p...

Determination of cadmium in urine by graphite-furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy.

A simple procedure for graphite-furnace atomic absorption analysis of cadmium in urine, based on the use of a temperature-controlled heating unit, is described. The temperature of the carbon rod is measured by resistance and controlled by electronic feedback. We studied the influence of various heating times and temperatures of ashing and atomization, as well as suitable diluents. Urine samples...
